Breaking ground with New Ground Capital

On Wednesday 5 May, we held a site blessing celebrating the start of a new project with New Ground Capital.

The team at Samaori came out to join us and provided coffee and a delicious breakfast including croissants, muffins, muesli and more!

The construction started at the start of June 2021 and we are looking forward to bringing 50 new homes to Glen Innes in Auckland.

The development will provide new rental homes, including one, two, and three-bedroom options set amongst native planting and a shared landscaped courtyard with gardens and a barbeque area.

This project features a number of initiatives to reduce energy demand and increase resident comfort.

We worked with Abbey Signs and Services, part of the Amotai family, to create bilingual signage for the site. This included the health and safety signage as well as the site signage displaying what the development is.
