Engaged after the termination of the original contractor (and their consultants), there were significant challenges on site as a result of incomplete and inaccurate information. Substanital time was spent engaging and working with key stakeholders to ensure the project progressed with as little further disruption for the client as possible. 18 one bedroom units in three two-storey blocks were successfully handed over to the client and their tenants.
