Mike Greer Commercial partnered with St John to assist them with a two phase property project.
The first phase required building and site works to enable the Selwyn District Council to issue a retrospective Code of Compliance.
The next stage of the project was upgrading the Rolleston facilities in line with the latest operating procedures for a fixed $250,000 budget. This required close engagement with the national, area and local committees to establish the most urgent and important aspects of the project. This resulted in an extension to provide an additional four rest and sleeping spaces.
